In November 2008 Carillon purchased a majority equity interest in LSA Title Services LLC. LSA is a licensed full service settlement services provider in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In January 2010 Carillon completed the buyout of all minority partners of LSA Title Services making LSA a wholly owned subsidiary of Carillon Capital Partners.

In April 2010 Carillon entered a management agreement with Black Knight Asset Management LLC. BKAM is a Registered Investment Advisory with roughly $170 million of fixed income assets under management. The agreement outlines a joint management oversight arrangement between the two firms. Carillon management will be joining the management committee of BKAM and will provide overall business leadership and resources to BKAM
