Structured the capitalization of a newly created captive finance company specializing in RV financing on a national scale;  $5 million investment plus an additional $10 million in debt financing. Sold to ALLY Bank in 2010.

Engaged, on a confidential basis, by a major international bank to provide valuation and process validation for a significant bank customer financing relationship with approximately $500 million of credit exposure; provided market expertise, asset price validation, and critical analysis related to managing balance sheet exposure.

Provided Sawbuck Realty strategic advisory services and business plan development for the initial $5 million equity investment secured by a single strategic investor. Project continues with ongoing advisory services and preperation for follow-on investment.

Secured $30 million of capital for the recapitalization of a single family residential lot development; funding via a combination of high net worth investors and two Real Estate Investment Trust partners.

Engaged to manage all aspects of a multi-billion dollar asset purchase initiative within the consumer finance space; services include asset identification, due diligence analysis, and pricing recommendations.
