News Update: September 1, 2013

Carillon Capital LLC and Castle Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles based asset management firm, have entered into an agreement to combine select operations and business activities.

The Castle Partners team will have primary responsibility for their loan and real estate related asset management activities and will become part of the Carillon Capital team. The members of Castle Partners will manage the Los Angeles office of Carillon Capital and support future business initiatives.

The Managing Members of Carillon Capital will provide continued support and guidance in the development of the asset management business and utilize the resources of Castle Partners to expand business operations.

The combination provides needed additional business expertise and west coast presence.

Merchant Activities

Merchant Banking Initiatives are typically a company and/or Project where we provide our expertise and management experience along with funding from our investor partners to assist in executing the vision of our merchant partner companies.

Currently Active

Our Castle Fund Advisors invests in non-performing mortgage loans. The fund focuses on loan modifications to keep borrowers in their homes while generating a competitive return for investors. The team is working on their third investment structure as of spring 2012.
