Equity Lifestyle Propertiesis one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the United States focused on the acquisition and management of mobile home park developments and management. Carillon Capital was engaged to assist in developing alternative funding strategies for subsidiary lines of business as well as new revenue sources. ELS has a market capitalization of $3.4 billion as of March 2014.

In our role with Bank of Scotland, we lead and in depth business and credit review on a $500 million credit exposure related to a real estate finance company that the bank had extended credit. The analysis was a culmination of a six month process of detailed evaluation and analysis that resulted in a termination of the facility.
