Carillon Capital Partners works with a wide range of clients within our core areas of expertise. Our range of clients is quite diverse from small start-up entities to some of the largest corporations in the country. The common element with all of our clients, regardless of size, is the ability of our team to add-value to the client’s enterprise.

 

The Financial Services practice within Carillon is focused on a broad range of clients. We help larger firms on very specific strategic invests such as developing new business units or product lines. With smaller to middle size firms we serve as a trusted corporate advisor implementing a number of macro corporate wide strategic initiatives. Client profiles include:

  • Small to middle size depository institutions; asset managers; specialty finance and/or mortgage lenders; broker dealers; real estate developers; and REIT's.
  • We work in partnership with other investment banks and advisors providing subject matter expertise and due diligence support when necessary.
  • Larger national financial institutions in need of support in executing very specific strategic initiatives or independent evaluation.
  • Private equity firms primarily to provide due diligence support and analysis on acquisition or investment targets.
  • Industrial companies crossing over into specialty finance
  • Law firms in need of additional subject matter expertise or expert analysis

 

The Federal Services practice within Carillon focuses on working with primarily small to middle sized companies and organizations that deliver technology based services and products to the government end user or prime contractors responsible for the integration of technology, services, and systems with specific emphasis on growing and emerging markets, technologies and customers. Client profiles include:

  • Privately held companies and disadvantaged entities
  • Medium sized firms competing in the full and open space
  • Public or private companies regardless of size facing a disruption to their business model or within markets
  • Distressed or underperforming  companies in need of turnaround expertise
  • Private equity firms providing due diligence support or portfolio companies with strategic challenges

 Carillon invests and/or partners with clients where the priorities and strategy include the growth, operational improvement and strategic positioning of the company. At times, this includes migrating the organization closer to an exit or liquidity event, acquisition or merger.
